What is the first impression—the first emotion—your young guests and their parents receive when they arrive at your location for the first time?
Is it welcoming, fun and reassuring? Does it clearly communicate that everything your organization does is designed to meet their needs?
Or is it simply "functional," actually, just "ctional" due to the lack of fun? Worse, does the first emotional impression say, "We primarily care about our system and process?"
The success and quality of an emotional connection begin in those first moments when children's eyes (and adult's) are subconsciously interpreting the new environment.
Make sure your guests, children and adults alike, are greeted by a promise of friendly fun, and also can see their experience matters most to you!
